The InCharge initiative was founded in 2014 to fight youth unemployment in Europe. Within a short amount of time numerous companies from all types of sectors as well as several institutions joined the cause. Since 2015 the InCharge network supports refugees entitled to asylum in their endeavour to enter the German employment market.
InCharge shares the approach, that the long-term employment of job seeking adolescents as well as the occupational integration of refugees are the main component for a homogenous society and sustainable prosperity in Europe. Through our strong network, companies, institutions and individuals can easily support InCharge via several existing programs and join the development of new ones.
InCharge offers a number of opportunities to utilize your know-how in countering youth unemployment and integrating refugees into the German employment market.
In many European countries, youth unemployment has reached alarming levels. Therefore we have developed a number of programs, which enable support in each sector and development stage of adolescents seeking to enter the German employment market.Learn more about the initiative.
We believe, that the long-term integration of asylum entitled refugees can only be effected by successful entry into the German employment market. Therefore we have founded the mentor initiative. Through our mentorship you can support asylum entitled refugees within a time-limited program in entering the German employment market.Learn more about the mentor program.

In spring 2015, the leaders you see here founded InCharge, an initiative conceived by Dr. Karl-Thomas Neumann. Their organizations will put its programs into action on the ground.
In the first year of the initiative, it is our common goal to recruit more organizations and thus make our vision reality: 100 companies that offer 100 opportunities each.
Participating companies can tailor their involvement by selecting from the ‘program tool kit’ the activities that best suit their needs. In this way, they can support the initiative using their existing resources.
