By participating in the InCharge mentor program “PROSPECTS FOR REFUGEES” you can help an asylum entitled refugee with integration into the German employment market. Through the personal support of a job seeker you create a positive outlook for people in need and contribute decisively to stable economic growth in Germany.
InCharge follows the belief, that the long-term integration of asylum entitled refugees can only be effected by practice of a profession.
By joining the InCharge mentor program for refugees you support asylum entitled refugees in their search, application and entry into long-term employment.
Within the recommended time-span of 12 weeks and a time exposure of approximately 1 hour per week you lead a refugee into the German employment market through individual support and advice.
Initially mentor and refugee are matched on basis of largest possible overlap and field of expertise. For preparation you will receive a comprehensive set of information materials. The first contact between mentor and mentee is established as part of a kick-off event. Further meetings are arranged individually between mentor and job seeker.
The program is implemented in cooperation with the federal government, state government as well as the Federal Employment Agency and the Initiative Joblinge of the Boston Consulting Group.
